Terms of sale and delivery for Allaboutcows ApS
These terms of sale and delivery apply to all offers, agreements entered into and deliveries made by Allaboutcows ApS.
All provisions of these terms of sale and delivery apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sales to business customers only
Allaboutcows ApS only sells to business customers with an independent CVR number.
All contracts are concluded in Danish. Orders can be placed by telephone at +45 5885 9530 or by email at info@allaboutcows.dk.
Order confirmation
Upon placing an order, we will send a sales contract to you by email.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of 25% VAT and are stated in Danish kroner unless otherwise specified.
The prices apply throughout Denmark, except for islands not connected by bridge, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
The seller reserves the right to invoice the buyer for raw material duties, etc. payable to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (FVST) in connection with deliveries where such duties apply. Agreed sales prices may be adjusted in accordance with changes in import duties. For deliveries abroad, prices are stated in euros.
Freight charges
All goods are shipped free of charge unless otherwise stated in connection with the order.
Urgent deliveries are subject to a fee of DKK 750.00 per delivery.
Payment
Invoices are sent by email with a payment deadline of the current month + 12 days.
If you wish to receive the invoice by post, an invoice fee of DKK 30.00 will be charged.
Allaboutcows ApS is entitled to charge reminder fees and interest for late payment. The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until payment has been made.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or annul an order that has been placed, you must contact Allaboutcows ApS at +45 5885 9530. Please remember to provide your customer number.
Cancellation must be made no later than 2 hours after placing the order, after which the order will generally be considered binding.
Delivery
We deliver throughout the country. However, additional freight charges apply for deliveries to islands not connected by bridge, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Our delivery time is typically 2–5 working days if the goods are in stock.
Pallets are generally exchange pallets. They are charged at the current daily price and credited at the current daily price when returned in approved condition, subject to goods delivered on one-way pallets. In the event of a negative pallet balance, returned pallets will be credited in excess of the number delivered.
There must be a solid driving surface at the delivery address so that the goods can be delivered using a pallet truck. Unless otherwise agreed, it is the carrier’s decision where the goods are unloaded if no one is available to receive the goods.
If it is not possible to unload the goods on a solid surface, this must be stated when placing the order.
Right to make a complaint
Upon receipt of your goods, you are obliged to inspect the delivery, including the quality and quantities, and whether the goods have been damaged during transport.
Should there be any defects or deficiencies, please contact Allaboutcows ApS immediately upon discovering the issue.
At its own discretion, Allaboutcows is obliged to remedy defects or make a replacement delivery if you have submitted a complaint regarding defects. Our liability for remedying defects is limited to remedying the above-mentioned defects. Beyond this, we have no liability for defects in the delivered goods, including operating losses, loss of profit or other indirect losses incurred by you or your customers.
Product liability and liability in general
Allaboutcows ApS, as well as the buyer, is otherwise released from liability for breach of contract to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond the parties’ control. Examples of force majeure include war, fire, strike or lockout, lack of energy supply, shortages of goods, illness, failure of suppliers to deliver, etc.
The party invoking such circumstances must immediately notify the other party in writing.
If a framework sales order is terminated due to force majeure circumstances, this must likewise be communicated in writing within a reasonable period.
Allaboutcows is only liable for damages in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Product Liability Act if the delivered goods cause any damage. However, liability is limited and can never exceed the net sales price of the batch of goods sold.
We cannot therefore be held liable for property damage, operating losses, loss of profit or other indirect losses incurred by you.
If we are held liable for product liability towards a third party, you are obliged to indemnify us to the same extent as our liability is limited under these terms and conditions. We have also taken out product liability insurance with a recognised insurance company.
GDPR (Personal Data)
As a customer of Allaboutcows ApS, you are registered in our customer database with your personal data. We would therefore like to inform you about how your personal data is handled and protected under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When Allaboutcows ApS processes your information, we focus on anonymity and confidentiality towards you as a customer.
We ensure that your data, including relevant personal contact details, is only used for the purposes presented to you.
You have the right at any time to be informed about which information we have registered about you.
Upon request, we ensure that your data can be deleted, and you have the option of having specific data removed if you wish.
The data we hold about you is exclusively for internal use and will not be shared with unauthorised parties or used for other purposes without prior agreement with you.
The information is used to identify you as a customer and to provide you with the best possible service, for example by sending you relevant information, registering your purchases and payments, and providing the services you have requested, such as receiving newsletters.
Your data is stored for the period permitted by applicable legislation and is deleted when it is no longer necessary. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be settled by the Danish courts as the agreed jurisdiction.
Reservations
We reserve the right for printing and typing errors, as well as for discontinued and sold-out goods.
The design of the packaging may, in rare cases, vary from the images shown on www.allaboutcows.dk and in other marketing materials.
